After you have arranged your trial lesson via chat, email or phone, you can book it here.
You will come to a language tutoring center for lessons, which is managed according to the ordering system. This means that the agreed time is reserved exclusively for you. However, this also means that if you are unable to meet agreed appointments, you must cancel them at least 48 hours in advance either by email or by phone, so that we can plan the time scheduled for you otherwise. If you do not cancel the appointment in time, you can be charged for the scheduled time and the remuneration or the unused time in accordance with §616 BGB, unless you are not at fault for missing the appointment. It is agreed that the acceptance will otherwise be delayed if the agreed date is not canceled and adhered to on time.
